The National Parents Council will be
delivering a new Anti-Bullying Programme for parents from this October. The two
hour session, for parents of both primary and post-primary students, will
enable parents to support their children regarding issues of bullying and also
inform them about the new Anti-Bullying procedures that have recently been
issued to schools. The training is funded by the Dept. of Education &
Skills under the Anti-Bullying Action Plan and is provided free of charge.
